Krista Nichols

Always active, never sitting still, Krista started skiing at the ripe old age of 3, paving the way for an extremely fitness centered future. After shattering her heel a few years ago, she was forced to realign her fitness goals and the ways she would accomplish them. Nearly 3 years ago, she walked into the Rhythm Revolution to take Jasmine's class (Owner of Rhythm Revolution), and never looked back. An accomplished digital expert by day, a fortunate lay off last spring allowed her the time to get certified to teach cycling and get the musicality training she needed through Rhythm Revolution’s BEAT Clinic. Everything in her life than changed. Bringing heat and crazy energy to every single class, Krista pushes her students (and herself!) to be a better, stronger version of the person you were 45 minutes before class. One of the newer Rhythm Revolution teachers, she takes on her role with a sincere desire of wanting to make the world a better place one person at a time by encouraging her students to appreciate their bodies where they are now and challenging them to break through barriers of where they can go in the future.

Chelsea Long

Chelsea's passion for music runs deep. As early as 15, she was exploring underground, alternative sounds while attending concerts, festivals and even the occasional late night rave. Fast forward to her college years, she took her first spin class at the local YMCA and much to her surprise, the playlist had a familiar sound that resonated with her deep seeded passion for underground music. She immediately fell in love with the early morning class, despite not being a morning person and having to get up at 5 am to attend! Later, Chelsea relocated to California and eventually Colorado, where she attempted to fulfill her fitness needs with a steady cycling routine, but the classes always fell short compared to those held at the YMCA. Thankfully, that all changed when she met the boss lady of Rhythm Revolution. Immediately enthralled by the studio’s concept and focus on musicality, she was not only sold on joining the studio but inspired to take the leap from participant to instructor. Chelsea finally found the perfect outlet to showcase her passion for music. Each week she crafts a carefully constructed playlist, determined to take her class on an intense physical and mental journey through movement and sound. She designs her workouts to allow each student an escape from their daily stresses from the moment they step foot on their bike, to the time they walk out of the studio.

Cristine Googins

Began her yoga journey back in the late 90's when she moved to the mountains of Colorado from New Jersey. Her personal practice changed and evolved over the years and in 2014, holding space for something that had been calling to her for quite some time, she committed to taking her practice to the next level by then becoming a teacher. This message vibrates boldly within her teaching style alongside her high energy, outgoing and welcoming personality.
